Shoals Harpoons has introduced a one piece Harpoon for those who want to have a quality one piece harpoon.The length of the Harpoon with Pike is 87 1/2 inches long. The Pike is 17 1/2 inches and made of 316 stainless steel. The construction of the harpoon is aluminum pipe with blue powder coating. The head piece made of bronze ?end piece / carabiner and pike are all included with the harpoon which comes fully assembled. The head piece weights approx 1 1/2 lbs —-which ensures enough weight when throwing the harpoon and provides a nice balance. The head and end pieces of the harpoon are secured with 3/8 inch stainless steel button screws. The harpoon uses a unique harpoon end cap design with a machined piece that holds the carabiner ( to clip on the main line ). All components are made in New England and assembled in the same shop. Shoals Harpoons uses only the finest raw materials when making their harpoons.
